Künstliche Intelligenz und richterliche Entscheidungsfindung
Together with Prof. Dr. Philipp Reuß, the Ministry of Justice of Lower Saxony and SINC, the project Künstliche Intelligenz und richterliche Entscheidungsfindung (Artificial Intelligence and Judicial Decision-Making) aims at researching the normative, legal, and technical requirements of an AI prototype to support judicial decision-making. Philipp Reuß and I will develop recommendations for action to identify and mitigate potential challenges while the project is tested at different courts in Lower Saxony. While Philipp Reuß will have a closer look at the legal implications, I will focus more on the technical challenges.
